The link to the kids with their toys made me think of a book my husband bought for Christmas one year - it is called "Where children sleep" and is a collection of pictures of kids from around the world in the place where they sleep. There are some fairly poignant reminders in it of how darned lucky we really are - nice thing to pick up when you feel like you're having a pretty rotten day.

    1. That sounds like a wonderful book too Cynthia, it is all about perspective isn't it? I regularly remind myself and give thanks for the things we are blessed to have but many take for granted such as clean running water. Thanks for stopping by x
